Worked out two payment plans for medical expenses*, re-ordered checks, put check order on hold because the bank didn't have the new addy, went down to bank and changed addy, called back check people to order checks, spent ridiculous amount of time online trying to figure out how to fill out app for vendor's license, called auditors office**, got app filled out and ready to go in mail, balanced checkbook (again, for the second time in two days)and read police report in SNP. Keeping on top of one's finances (which has nothing to do with reading the police reports, BTW!) is a full time job in itself; whatever made me think to take over the finances and start cleaning up my credit? Oh right, I know, the sinking, horrible, paralyzing panic attacks that come on when I'm not on top of things. I know for certain I will be making a side of salmon on a cedar plank today. Yuuuuuuummmmm! The question is how I will cook it; over the fire (involves effort), or the oven (not so much). And who knew watercolor pencils could be so fun, even if I don't have a talented bone in my body!
